Operations Analyst
Salary $75-$85K
M-F 8 am - 5 pm
In-office
Must have experience in heavy supply chain, inventory, and purchasing

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
• Maintain and update inventory systems, reconciling stock levels with warehouse and sales data
• Support order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to meet customer deadlines
• Assist in planning seasonal operations, including demand forecasting and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain operational reports for management review
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination
