This role will be primarily fielding calls from internal partners. Insurance Agents that need additional support or have questions that need resolution. Assisting on internal matters which can sometimes have some external research elements.
Do you have an Associates Degree or higher? ✅
Are you someone that intuitively provides customer service at an incredibly high level? ✅
Are you computer savvy and have used 2+ monitors effectively? ✅
This is an inbound call center environment. Take 40-50 phone calls per day.
After 90 days, can work a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days in-person.
