Banking Loan Officer - Council Bluffs & Omaha Metro Area 
Salary - $60,000-$85,000 based on experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a business-related discipline
M-F 8 am - 5 pm 
Business Development - be involved in the community
Agriculture Specific
Sales Experience is required 

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized banking solutions.
• Originate, process, and service consumer, commercial, and/or agricultural loans in accordance with Availa Bank’s lending policies.
• Conduct thorough credit analyses, evaluate financial information, and recommend sound lending decisions.
• Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, community involvement, and referrals.
• Cross-sell additional bank products and services to meet client needs.
