The Opportunity:
Step into a rewarding career as an Assistant Property Manager, where you’ll play an integral role in the seamless day to day operations of a thriving residential community. In this customer-focused position, you’ll help deliver an exceptional living experience for residents while serving as a trusted first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities, include:
- Provide friendly, professional support to residents, prospective tenants and visitors, creating a welcoming and positive community experience.
- Support the daily operations of the property, including front-of-house, administration and contractor coordination.
- Assist with leasing activities, inspections, condition reports, and seamless move-ins and move-outs.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and resident enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Support rent collection, account administration, reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required: You are a customer-focused property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Highly organised and proactive, you bring a strong ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or a customer service-focused role.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid National Police Check + WWCC (NSW).
