About this Role: 

As our Resident Experience Manager at INDI Sydney, you’ll be the heartbeat of a vibrant, connected living experience. You’ll bring the community to life through curated events, genuine resident engagement, and an active digital presence - creating a place where people truly feel at home.

Alongside this, you will ensure the property operates seamlessly, managing resident enquiries, inspections, move‑ins and move‑outs, reporting, and day‑to‑day administration. Working closely with the leasing team, you’ll help deliver strong occupancy outcomes while maintaining the premium standards that define life at INDI.

In this role, you will: 

• Foster a vibrant, connected community through a curated events program and meaningful day-to-day resident engagement, driving high satisfaction and retention.
• Lead the seamless daily operation of the property, overseeing resident services, inspections, compliance, reporting, and move-in/move-out processes to ensure consistently premium standards.
• Identify and deliver ancillary income opportunities aligned with resident needs and BTR principles, leveraging partnerships, services, and digital platforms to enhance both experience and revenue.
• Represent the INDI and Essence Communities brands, championing innovation, consistency, and a positive, high-performance culture on-site.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, collaborating with Leasing and Marketing to optimise occupancy, renewals, and long-term asset performance.

About You: 

You take pride in high standards and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, where you can stay hands-on while shaping a vibrant, connected community. Proactive, organised, and approachable, you’re confident leading day-to-day operations while contributing to broader outcomes across INDI. You will also have: 

• Valid Assistant Agent - Certificate of Registration (NSW)/Class 2 Real Estate Licence
• Proven experience in property management, build‑to‑rent, residential living or similar environment. 
• Commercial acumen, with exposure to ancillary income initiatives, budgeting, or revenue‑driving activities
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid National Police Check
