A company servicing networking and security systems in the Auckland Airport precinct is looking for an Office Administrator to join the team.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll play a key part in keeping everything organised, efficient, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and document processes, manuals, and task lists
Manage invoicing, bills, and payment entries in Xero
Monitor and follow up on staff timesheets
Maintain and update internal systems, including fault tracking and asset matching
Prepare monthly reports for key clients (Auckland Airport)
Support general administrative tasks across the business
Oversee and track Health & Safety requirements (e.g. vehicle WOF/rego, compliance tasks)
Identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows
Job Requirements
Previous experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
Strong working knowledge of Xero
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and Word)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable building structure in a new and evolving role
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Must be able to pass all pre-employment checks (MoJ, drug, reference)
Must have full license
Expected Attendance (Days and Time of Work): Mon - Fri: 6:30 am - 4 pm. Open to work on weekends to get tasks completed. After 1 week of training you will be mostly working from home.
