A leading global aviation services provider is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Passenger Service Agents to join its team at Auckland Airport. About the Role
As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be the face of the airline, providing exceptional customer service throughout the passenger journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and arrivals.
- Verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and processing checked baggage.
- Providing accurate flight information, including delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
- Assisting passengers with special requirements, including wheelchair assistance, elderly travellers, and unaccompanied minors.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Supporting baggage drop-off procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with airport security and safety procedures.
- Working closely with airline and airport teams to deliver a smooth travel experience.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Providing assistance during operational disruptions and emergency situations.
What We're Looking For - Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confident using computers and technology (intermediate level).
- Well-presented with a professional appearance.
- Physically capable of assisting passengers with baggage and operating wheelchairs when required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence and reliable transport.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across seven days, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts covering 24-hour operations.
