We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Practice Support Coordinator to support three Partners in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive diary and calendar management 
• Complex billing 
• Organising international travel 
• Matter maintenance 
• Business development 
• General secretarial duties 

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional services or legal admin role
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail oriented, team player and excellent communication and organisation skills
