We are seeking a Lawyer who wants real responsibility, direct client relationships and the autonomy to build a practice within a high performing litigation firm.
This role is suited to a litigator who is technically excellent and commercially sharp.
Duties will include:
Reporting to a Director of the firm whose practice includes ASX-listed companies, founders, boards, senior executives and high net worth individuals across Commercial Litigation. Matters are complex, high stakes, and genuinely interesting.
Providing strategic advice to businesses, executives and senior decision makers on commercial related issues.
Conducting significant litigation matters, including appearances in courts, tribunals, mediations and other dispute resolution processes.
Supporting the development of junior lawyers within a collaborative team environment.
Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued expansion of the commercial practice.
