Seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intermediate Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to a thriving Wills and Estate team.
Reporting to a reputable Partner and leader in her field, you will be involved in all aspects of Wills and Estates and be a critical and integral part of the practice.
This role requires a strong commitment to Wills and Estates, a love of dealing with the firm’s clients as well as ambition, and above all a dedicated attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support across a range of Wills and Estates matters
Managing diaries, appointments and correspondence
Drafting letters and basic legal documents
Liaising with clients and external parties in a professional manner
Organising and maintaining client files and case records
Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day office operations
What we’re looking for:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities efficiently
Discretion and confidentiality
Experience in an administrative or secretarial role within a legal environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
