We are seeking an accomplished Employment Partner to join a respected and rapidly growing specialist litigation practice in Sydney CBD. 

You will bring extensive experience across employment and workplace law, a strong commercial mindset and an established reputation for advising employers, executives and senior stakeholders, with the ability to build relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. 

Duties will include: 

• Leading complex employment and workplace matters across a sophisticated client base 
• Acting as a trusted adviser to corporates, boards, founders and senior executives on strategic workplace issues 
• Overseeing significant litigation, disputes and alternative dispute resolution processes 
• Advising on executive transitions, workplace investigations, discrimination matters and other sensitive employment issues 
• Supporting and developing junior lawyers while supporting a high-performing and collaborative team culture 
• Driving business development initiatives and strengthening existing client relationships 
• Contributing to the strategic direction and continued expansion of the employment practice 
• Assisting in the growth and leadership of the wider team
