The Role 

This is a varied and engaging position where you will manage your own files from start to finish with minimal supervision. You will work with a diverse client base ranging from private individuals to high-end property developers. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Running conveyancing files independently from purchase through to settlement  
• Acting for both purchasers and vendors across residential and commercial transactions 
• Handling leases and general property matters  
• Liaising directly with clients and key stakeholders  
• Working closely alongside the Property Lawyer on more complex matters 

This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of their work within a supportive environment, while continuing to develop their career in property law.
