Our client is a small, commercially minded firm working closely with business owners, investors and private clients. The practice is known for its practical, solutions-focused advice and strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering clear, strategic outcomes across a range of legal matters. 

The Role 

This is a rare opportunity to establish and grow a family law practice within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment. 

• Build and lead the firm’s family law offering
• Manage complex property, asset and parenting matters
• Develop client relationships and grow a sustainable practice 

About You 

• 10 - 15 years’ PAE in family law
• Experience handling high-value, complex matters
• A following or a clear, credible business development strategy
• Commercial mindset and interest in building a practice
