Partner – Commercial Litigation & Disputes
10+ Years' PAE

Seeking a Partner who wants real responsibility, direct client relationships and the autonomy to build a practice within a high performing litigation firm.

This role will suit an exceptional litigation lawyer with a strong commercial expertise and the ability to deliver practical, client focused outcomes.

Duties will include:

• Leading complex commercial and dispute matters across a high calibre client base 
• Acting as a trusted adviser to corporates, boards, founders and senior executives on strategic commercial issues. 
• Overseeing significant litigation, disputes and alternative dispute resolution processes 
• Supporting and developing junior lawyers while supporting a high performing and collaborative team culture 
• Driving business development initiatives and strengthening existing client relationships 
• Contributing to the strategic direction and continued expansion of the commercial practice 
• Assisting in the growth and leadership of the wider team
