Our client, a highly regarded boutique Sydney law firm, is seeking a 3 + year’s PQE Solicitor to join its leading Wills & Estates team. 

This role offers a strong mix of estate planning and estate litigation work, supporting two recognised Partners within a top-tier practice. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Managing estate litigation, administration, and planning files  
• Drafting advice, court documents, and estate planning materials  
• Attending client meetings and court hearings  
• Briefing counsel and assisting with ongoing matters  

About You: 

• 3+ years’ PQE in wills & estates  
• Strong drafting, organisation, and communication skills  
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
