Our client, a leading Dubai-based office furniture manufacturer is seeking a skilled Sales Executive/Business Development Manager (B2B). Join them and help them grow their customer base and expand their presence in the market!
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals in the B2B space.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, interior designers, architects, and key decision-makers in various industries.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales and secure contracts.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design and production teams to provide customized office furniture solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of market demands.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of the office furniture market and key players in the UAE and GCC region.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
