Our client is looking for a Senior Events Specialist who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both internal and external events that meet company standards and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the specific requirements of each event and take full ownership of event operations.
• Provide hands-on support to the Head of Events in organizing corporate functions, conferences, and activations.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, and schedule planning.
• Gather and analyze post-event feedback to improve future planning and report on event outcomes.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the line manager or team lead.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a certification in Hospitality or Event Management is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
