Your Role in Action
Coach and empower front-line managers.
Put on your high-vis and hit the floor - staying visible and engaged with leaders and employees.
Advise leaders on potential risks and recommended actions related to performance and disciplinary issues.
Guide leaders through talent identification and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Lead workplace investigations - conducting interviews, writing reports, and ensuring fair, effective outcomes.
Drive impact beyond the day-to-day by supporting a variety of HR projects.
What You Bring to the Table
Comfortable shifting between corporate and blue-collar portfolios, adjusting your style to suit different audiences.
Experienced in leading terminations, managing PIPs, and supporting teams through change.
