This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to actively contribute to the project management of closing two offices and planning the next office move. You’ll oversee these efforts, ensuring a seamless and cohesive transition into a new office space. In addition, you'll provide traditional executive support to the Managing Director, handling core administrative tasks while managing these critical business initiatives.
Your Role in Action
Project Management:
Oversee and lead the consolidation of two small Melbourne offices into a single new location
EA Support:
Manage travel itineraries and book flights
Ownership of the Managing Director’s diary to schedule meetings & appointments
Support board meetings, reports & prepare corporate documents
Arrange internal & external work events
Office & Business Support:
Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and office setup
Oversee contract negotiations, service providers, and lease agreements
Address employee queries
Support HR admin activities as needed
Prepare project summaries for the Executive Team
Track and manage fleet
Manage fuel cards, servicing, maintenance, repairs and licensing.
