This HR Business Partner role is focused on lifting leadership capability and embedding a more strategic, business-led people function across the organisation. Operating at the BP level already, you are able to work autonomously and you’ve got the grounding, maturity, and drive to make things happen in an environment that’s early in its HR maturity, but ready to grow.
Your Role in Action
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and other corporate functions
• Provide day-to-day advice on ER, engagement, performance, and workforce planning
• Coach leaders and support the shift to a more leader-led approach
• Play a key role in rolling out HR initiatives, such as the upcoming SuccessFactors implementation, OD, talent, and remuneration projects
• Drive organisational uplift and capability development across the A/NZ region
• Support change and culture initiatives- including key global programs already in motion
Your Toolkit
• Ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner ready for their next challenge in a business undergoing exciting global change
• Confident managing ER cases end to end
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, especially with corporate and sales leaders
• Confident communicator and practical problem solver
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Experience in a global matrixed organisation is a plus
• Background in fast-paced, multi-function environments like FMCG, manufacturing, or sales-driven organisations is a bonus
