Our client is a boutique construction company based in Canterbury, Melbourne, delivering high-quality projects across custom homes, luxury townhouses, knockdown rebuilds, and commercial developments including apartments, offices, and medical facilities.

They offer interns the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, working on real, live construction projects. Many interns have successfully transitioned into full-time roles within the business.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Contract Administration / Estimating Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical exposure to construction project delivery.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with contract administration tasks across live construction projects.
• Supporting the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assisting with procurement processes and material coordination.
• Supporting project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Gaining exposure to project scheduling and site coordination.

• Students or recent graduates in Building, Construction, or related disciplines.

• Any prior exposure to construction (academic or practical) is highly regarded.
• Mandarin or Persian language skills are highly desirable due to supplier coordination.
