Role Overview
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with AI capabilities (Chief Agent Officer), certified in Claude AI, to support business operations, automation, and productivity enhancement for our clients.
This is not a traditional VA role — this is an AI-augmented operations role where you will leverage advanced AI tools to streamline workflows, develop and deploy AI agents, enhance communication, and drive efficiency across multiple business functions.
  
Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Task Automation

• Use Claude AI to automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks
• Design and optimise prompts for business use cases
• Build AI-assisted workflows for email, reporting, documentation, and research
• Continuously improve automation processes for efficiency gains

1. Administrative & Business Support

• Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Conduct online research and data compilation
• Maintain CRM systems and databases

1. Communication & Content Support

• Draft professional emails, proposals, and client communications
• Assist in content creation for marketing, blogs, and social media
• Support chatbot and AI communication workflows

1. Data & Process Management

• Organise and maintain digital files and documentation
• Analyse simple datasets and generate summaries using AI tools
• Support business process documentation and SOP creation

1. AI Integration & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to introduce AI into business workflows
• Assist in implementing AI tools such as chatbots, voice agents, and automation systems
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and best practices

  
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Requirements

• Certification in Claude AI (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability

Technical & AI Skills

• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, automation platforms)
• Ability to create effective prompts and workflows
• Familiarity with:
• Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Exposure to chatbot or AI workflow implementation
• Data analysis and reporting skills
