A confidential logistics and distribution company is seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift & Order Picker Operators (LF/LO) to join their expanding warehouse operations team in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who hold both LF (Forklift) and LO (Order Picker) licences and are looking for stable employment within a professional warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Forklift (LF) and Order Picker (LO) equipment
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory accuracy
• Conduct stock movements within the warehouse
• Perform cycle counts and stocktakes when required
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
• Assist with receiving, dispatch, and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

About You

• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Current LO Order Picker Licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse and logistics experience
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
