Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organising incoming stock.
• Support inventory management and stock control processes.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organisation.
• Participate in stocktakes and inventory audits.

Customer Service & Counter Sales Support

• Assist customers with product enquiries and order collection.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Support order processing and customer transactions.
• Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Order Fulfilment

• Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Support returns and exchange processes when required.

Product & Industry Knowledge

• Develop an understanding of security products and systems.
• Learn about wholesale distribution and customer service operations.
• Gain exposure to product recommendations and customer support processes.

Administrative Support

• Assist with maintaining inventory and sales records.
• Support data entry and reporting activities.
• Learn operational procedures and business systems.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in:
  • Business
  • Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Operations Management
  • Customer Service
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Retail Management
  • Or a related discipline
• Eager to learn and develop practical workplace skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and team members.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, proactive, and professional.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse operations, or sales is advantageous but not essential.
