Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of office operations

- Assist with workspace setup, office moves, and workplace maintenance tasks
- Support onboarding activities for new team members
- Assist with employee offboarding processes and administrative requirements
- Prepare, scan, file, and organise business documents
- Maintain records and assist with data management tasks
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives
- Assist in coordinating team events and internal activities
- Contribute ideas to improve administrative and operational processes
