ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Intern, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock.
• Supporting inventory management and stock control activities.
• Assisting with order picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Learning warehouse operations and supply chain best practices.
• Supporting customer service and counter sales activities.
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and order processing.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records.
• Supporting stocktakes, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Developing product knowledge to assist customers and internal teams.
• Learning distribution, warehousing, and logistics processes within a wholesale environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current students or recent graduates in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, Commerce, Warehousing, or related disciplines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous warehouse, retail, customer service, or administration experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Australian work rights required.
