A confidential logistics and distribution company is seeking experienced Forklift & Order Picker Operators (LF/LO) to support growing warehouse operations across Melbourne.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience operating both LF Forklifts and LO Order Pickers in fast-paced warehouse and distribution environments. If you are safety-focused, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate LF Forklifts and LO Order Pickers safely and efficiently
• Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory accuracy
• Move products throughout the warehouse
• Assist with receiving and dispatch operations
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

Skills & Experience

• Current Australian LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Current Australian LO Order Picker Licence (essential)
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
