ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a Finance Assistant Intern to join a dynamic finance team and gain exposure to essential financial operations. The internship offers a supportive work environment, meaningful job duties, and a strong chance of transition to ongoing employment for the right candidate.

ABOUT YOU:
You must:

• Be currently studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
• Possess good communication and organizational skills
• Be proactive and eager to learn
• Be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
As a Finance Assistant Intern, you may gain practical experience in:

• Processing and preparing financial and business documents for purchases and account reconciliations
• Performing routine financial calculations for reporting and analysis
• Collecting and entering data into financial spreadsheets
• Reviewing and auditing financial statements and reports for accuracy
• Reconciling discrepancies and communicating with relevant teams or clients
• Reporting any inconsistencies or concerns to appropriate authorities
• Assisting in the preparation of regular financial reports
• Responding to queries and providing support to internal and external stakeholders
• Recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

LOCATION:
Internship opportunities are available in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
