ABOUT OUR CLIENTS
As an HR Intern, you will be placed in reputable companies across various industries, supporting their Human Resources departments under the supervision of experienced HR professionals who will mentor you and help you grow your career in the field.

• A 12-week unpaid internship working 3 days per week

• The chance to earn $30 to $40 per hour once employed

ABOUT THE POSITION
You may gain hands-on experience in:

• Recruitment and selection processes, including screening and shortlisting candidates
• Assisting with onboarding and induction of new hires
• Drafting employment contracts and HR-related documentation
• Supporting employee engagement and training programs
• Maintaining HR records and updating internal databases
• Contributing to HR policy development and compliance tracking
• Assisting with performance management and employee review cycles
• Supporting payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tasks
• Participating in workplace health and safety processes
• Coordinating internal communications and events

ABOUT YOU
To maximise your chances of securing an employment offer post-internship, you should have:

• A degree or current enrolment in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, Workday) is a plus

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We charge a success-based internship facilitation fee of $2,200 (inc GST), payable only if you accept the internship offer after a successful interview.
The fee includes:

• Guaranteed 12-week internship placement
• Structured internship agreement with a training plan
• Insurance coverage
• Mid and end-of-internship performance appraisals
• Certificate of Work Experience
