We are currently seeking an experienced AV Technician to join a leading Electrical, Communication, and Engineering Services contractor. This role offers the chance to be part of a team known for delivering excellence across electrical, data & communications, high voltage, audio-visual, and engineering projects.
About the Role As an AV Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of audio-visual systems across various sites and industries. You'll work both independently and in team environments, depending on project scope.
Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
• Deliver hands-on AV system installations and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail across all tasks.
• Handle relevant documentation and administrative duties.
• Lead small teams when required.

Qualifications & Experience ✅ Experience interpreting AV schematics and scopes of work.
✅ Registered Communications and Data Cabler with endorsements.
✅ Possession of Data and Communications Vendor Certifications.
✅ Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure, both independently and in a team.
✅ Previous commercial AV installation/maintenance experience.
✅ Commitment to workplace safety and meeting deadlines.
