Job Title: Student Services Coordinator
Role Objective:
To provide comprehensive support services for students in the institution’s courses.

Responsibilities:
In collaboration with and as an integral part of the Professional team, the Student Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a range of support services for students. Operating within the overall plans, objectives, and policy framework of the institution, the Student Services Coordinator’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide comprehensive support to students throughout their student life journey.
• Oversee and coordinate tasks associated with student orientation.
• Monitor student academic progress.
• Address and resolve student complaints and concerns.
• Serve as a liaison between students, administration, and other departments to ensure that services provided contribute to an enhanced student experience.
• Maintain accurate and current information in the student management system to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the enhancement of systems, processes, and the development of the institution’s student support framework.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the Registrar.

• Qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Student Services or Higher Education administration.
• In-depth understanding of student needs, with the capacity to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work cooperatively with key personnel of the institution.
