Job Title: Receptionist

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to manage our reception function and perform various administrative duties to support our team. This is a casual position based in East Perth, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate team member, and handle enquiries professionally.
• Carry out day-to-day errands such as picking up mail, visiting the bank, light grocery shopping, and ordering stationery.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
• Collect and distribute mail and arrange for couriers as needed.
• Facilitate travel arrangements and manage scheduling of appointments.
• Conduct research tasks and assist the technical team as required.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring boardrooms and common areas are tidy.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, including washing dishes.
• Liaise with the IT team and office service providers.
• Take minutes during team meetings.
• Prepare boardrooms for meetings and greet clients upon arrival.
• Offer administrative assistance to other staff members in various departments (exploration and accounting).
• Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and binding.
• Be available on mobile for calls from staff on-site.

Role Requirements:
Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
