Job Description: Chemical Engineering Intern

Position Summary:
As a Chemical Engineering Intern, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, participate in exciting projects, and contribute to our ongoing commitment to sustainable practices. You will learn about various aspects of chemical engineering, including process design, data analysis, and project management, while also gaining insights into industry standards and workplace safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting experiments related to energy generation, water treatment, and process engineering.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze experimental data and perform comparative studies using relevant software (e.g., MATLAB).
• Contribute to the development of technical reports, presentations, and research documentation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify and solve engineering challenges.
• Support the organization of exhibitions and events related to emerging technologies in chemical engineering.
• Engage in research activities focused on sustainability and environmental management.
• Comply with workplace safety protocols and Australian Standards.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with process engineering concepts and water treatment technologies.
• Proficient in data analysis tools, such as MATLAB or similar software.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing reports and presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and risk assessment is a plus.
