About The Role

DBG Health is looking for two reporting analysts to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the business. Working within the Data, Analytics & AI function, you will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment to key business metrics.
 
Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to business needs and best-practice standards
• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs, metrics, and visualisations that support decision-making
• Develop and maintain data models using Power Query and DAX, ensuring data quality and consistency
• Deliver actionable insights through reporting and ad-hoc analysis, identifying trends and opportunities
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs, and communicate insights effectively
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BI assets, processes, and reporting frameworks

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in BI/reporting roles, with strong Power BI capability
• Experience with data modelling, transformation, and DAX development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
• Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira
