About The Role
We are seeking a talented Product & Packaging Designer to join our team and bring our beauty brands to life through exceptional packaging design and artwork execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, print-ready artwork while supporting the end-to-end design process from concept through to commercialisation. Working closely with Brand, NPD, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you'll ensure every design is delivered on brand, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys balancing creativity with precision in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, proofread and deliver accurate, print-ready artwork files, ensuring all packaging meets brand, regulatory and production requirements.
- Develop and execute creative packaging concepts while maintaining consistency across the brand portfolio.
- Collaborate with Brand, NPD and cross-functional teams to translate creative briefs into commercially ready designs.
- Manage artwork and project documentation, maintaining accurate records, naming conventions and project status updates within internal systems.
- Ad hoc support on new product development and changeover projects
- Identify opportunities to improve artwork development processes and provide packaging design guidance to internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience - 3–5 years' experience in graphic design, packaging design or artwork production, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, personal care, food or a related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, packaging artwork and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) with the ability to quickly adapt to new design technologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional accuracy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
