About the role:
The primary purpose of the Hospital Sales Representative is to provide the highest levels of customer service to Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) and key stakeholders within the hospital and specialist environment. This role is responsible for promoting Arrotex's Rheumatology and Gastroenterology portfolio across the NSW North territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving improved patient outcomes.
All customer engagement and service activities are directed towards achieving the territory's sales and business objectives through the effective implementation of strategies and tactics determined by Arrotex management. The role plays a crucial part in delivering results by executing Arrotex's sales and marketing strategy within the secondary care setting while identifying opportunities to grow market share and strengthen customer partnerships across the territory.
