About The Role
DBG Health is undertaking a global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across Australia, the UK, the USA and Canada to modernise Finance, Operations and Supply Chain capabilities and enable future expansion. This 12-month fixed-term role, based at Richmond Head Office, reports to the General Manager Architecture and Strategy and is responsible for designing and governing the end-to-end D365 F&O solution.
The role ensures a scalable, secure and integrated architecture while providing strategic oversight across DBG Health’s broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics CRM, Business Central, Azure, Data & Analytics (Synapse and Fabric), AI and Cybersecurity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance, Supply Chain and Shared Services.
- Define and govern architectural standards, design principles and configuration-over-customisation guardrails, ensuring solution integrity.
- Design and oversee integrations across enterprise platforms (e.g. Workday, legacy ERPs, WMS, data platforms) using API-led and Azure-native patterns.
- Partner with Cloud & Technology teams to align solutions with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including environments, DevOps, identity, security and compliance.
- Provide leadership across data, security and compliance, including data migration, master data governance, access controls and regulatory requirements.
- Support program delivery through solution design, testing, cutover, hypercare and ongoing platform optimisation and roadmap planning.
Skills & Experience - 8+ years’ experience delivering enterprise ERP solutions, including 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX).
- Proven experience architecting solutions on Microsoft Azure, including integration services, DevOps/CI-CD, identity and access management, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to govern and direct Systems Integrator delivery, ensuring quality, architectural integrity and on-time outcomes.
- Strong expertise in integration and data, including API-led architectures, ERP/HCM/CRM/WMS integrations, data migration and master data management.
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, release governance, testing strategies and evergreen platform updates.
- Sound knowledge of security, privacy and compliance principles, including role-based access, segregation of duties and audit controls, with relevant qualifications and Microsoft certifications highly regarded.
