Greca and Yoko are hiring food runners, section waiters and bar staff in Brisbane. We’re hosting a Careers Open Day on Tuesday 6 October so you can meet the teams and get a feel for the restaurants before summer gets going.

Greca is built around generous Greek food and big shared tables. Yoko brings Japanese food, drinks and its own lively atmosphere. Both are part of The Apollo Restaurant Group, with restaurants across Brisbane, Sydney and Tokyo. Our venues get busy, and you’ll work alongside people who care about great hospitality and back each other through service.
We’re looking for:

• Food runners who are quick on their feet, organised and keen to learn
• Section waiters who can look after a busy section and make every guest feel welcome
• Bar staff who enjoy making drinks, talking to guests and keeping up with a lively service

If you’ve got restaurant or bar experience, we’d love to hear about it. If you’re newer to hospitality and interested in a runner role, we’d love to hear from you too.
We’re hiring for summer, but the opportunity doesn’t have to end there. Ongoing work is available, with the chance to keep growing within the group.
