About Greca
Greca is our lively Greek taverna at Howard Smith Wharves, known for generous hospitality and a fast-moving service. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who’ll bring care and energy to the role and help make Greca a great place to work as well as a great place to eat.
About the role
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen through prep and service. You’ll be hands-on, help keep the team organised and bring a steady presence when the pace picks up. You’ll also coach developing chefs and kitchen hands, share what you know and help the brigade keep getting better.
