We’re growing, and Manly is next!

Baptiste and Tenjo have just joined The Apollo Restaurant Group at Wunderlich Lane, and our next stop is Manly. We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager and two Assistant Restaurant Managers to join the opening leadership team. You’ll help shape a new restaurant from day one and build a team you’re proud of, right at the start of the group’s next chapter.

We’re the group behind The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Olympus Dining, Greca, Yoko and The Apollo in Tokyo, and now Baptiste and Tenjo too. The opportunities

• Restaurant Manager Lead our front-of-house team alongside the GM and Head Chef, bringing together exceptional service, strong commercial performance and a team culture people want to be part of.
• Assistant Restaurant Manager | Operations Take ownership of daily operations, lead busy services and support the team to deliver consistently great hospitality. Perfect for someone who loves being on the floor and making things happen.
• Assistant Restaurant Manager | People & Development Help build our opening team and shape its culture. You'll lead onboarding, training and development while remaining hands-on in service, coaching and supporting your team as they grow.

Who we're looking for

You'll bring leadership experience from a busy, quality-driven restaurant, a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to bring out the best in people.
For our Restaurant Manager role, you'll have proven operational and commercial management experience. For our ARM positions, you'll be an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor ready for your next challenge.
