We're looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Olympus Dining, our 200-seat Greek restaurant in the heart of Wunderlich Lane.

Inspired by the tavernas of Greece, Olympus is all about generous hospitality, incredible produce and cooking over fire. Think beautiful seafood, charcoal-grilled meats, traditional Greek flavours and a dining room built around a spectacular bougainvillea tree.

Olympus has quickly become one of Sydney's most talked-about restaurants, and we're looking for someone who can help shape its next chapter.

We're part of The Apollo Restaurant Group, the team behind The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Greca, Yoko, Baptiste, Tenjo and The Apollo in Tokyo.

The opportunity

You'll lead a talented kitchen team, working closely with our wider culinary leadership team to deliver the food and hospitality Olympus is known for.
We're looking for someone who loves being hands-on, brings fresh ideas to the table and knows how to get the best out of their people.

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Head Chef in a quality, high-volume restaurant.
• A passion for Greek and Mediterranean flavours, great produce and cooking over fire.
• A confident, supportive leader who loves developing chefs.
• Strong understanding of food costs, kitchen operations and consistency.
• Someone who brings creativity, energy and genuine pride in what they do.
