The Apollo Restaurant Group is the team behind some of Australia's most loved restaurants, including The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Olympus Dining, Greca and Yoko Dining.

Our newest additions, Bistro Baptiste and Tenjo, join Olympus Dining at Wunderlich Lane in Surry Hills, creating a busy hospitality precinct with three very different restaurants, all sharing our love of great food, good drinks and genuine hospitality.

We're looking for a reliable, organised Cellar & Stock Attendant to help keep everything moving behind the scenes across our three restaurants.

The Role

This is a hands-on role that's all about keeping our bars stocked, our cellars organised and our teams ready for service.
Working Friday to Sunday evenings , you'll be responsible for managing the movement of beverage stock between our restaurants, ensuring each venue has what it needs throughout some of our busiest services.

What you'll be doing:

• Replenishing beer, wine, spirits and other beverage stock across all three restaurants
• Moving stock between cellars, storage areas and bars throughout service
• Monitoring stock levels and responding to requests from our bar and restaurant teams
• Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries when required
• Keeping cellar and storage areas clean, safe and organised
• Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining accurate stock records
• Working closely with our bar managers to make sure service runs smoothly

About You
You don't need years of hospitality experience, but you do need to be someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in staying organised and can work independently.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are reliable, proactive and happy to get stuck in
• Can work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
• Are comfortable with the physical side of the role, including lifting and moving beverage stock safely
• Have good attention to detail and can keep track of competing requests
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings

Previous experience in a cellar, bar, warehouse or stock-handling role would be great, but it's not essential. We're happy to train the right person.
