Olympus is the sixth venue from the team behind Sydney institutions The Apollo and Cho Cho San in Potts Point, Brisbane's Greca and Yoko Dining, located at the vibrant and bustling Howard Smith Wharves, and The Apollo in Tokyo. Now open as the centerpiece restaurant in the new Wunderlich Lane precinct, the 200-seat restaurant and bar is inspired by ancient Greek grill house cooking and designed to be a place of celebration, perfect for sharing great food with loved ones.
