Olympus is the sixth venue from the team behind Sydney institutions The Apollo and Cho Cho San in Potts Point, Brisbane's Greca and Yoko Dining, located at the vibrant and bustling Howard Smith Wharves, and The Apollo in Tokyo. Now open as the centerpiece restaurant in the new Wunderlich Lane precinct, the 200-seat restaurant and bar is inspired by ancient Greek grill house cooking and designed to be a place of celebration, perfect for sharing great food with loved ones.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to support our busy kitchen and keep things running smoothly. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with food prep and cleaning.
• Keep the kitchen organized and spotless.
• Work closely with a supportive and friendly team.
