Business Development Manager

Location: Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, CA

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 base salary + uncapped commission

What Will You Do?

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory
• Prospect, cold call, and conduct in-person visits to contractors, end users, consultants, and commercial customers
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend HVACR products and solutions
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and follow up on opportunities
• Manage and grow an active sales pipeline
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and project execution
• Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent the company professionally within the market and at industry events

What Do You Bring?

• Previous outside sales experience ideally within HVAC, HVACR, mechanical, industrial, building products, or related industries
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for business development and prospecting
• Comfortable with cold calling, drop-ins, networking, and building relationships from the ground up
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn HVACR systems and solutions
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel throughout the territory
• CRM experience is considered an asset
• Desire to grow professionally within a stable and expanding organization
