What Will You Do?

• Support billing and accounts receivable activities
• Review and validate transactions for accuracy
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections
• Resolve discrepancies and support issue resolution
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with month-end close and audit activities
• Support process improvements and workflow consistency
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed

What Do You Bring?

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in high-volume environments is an asset
