We're on the lookout for a Senior Stylist who's enthusiastic about men's fashion, loves style, and enjoys creating standout experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll be part of a team that lives and breathes great clothing and knows how to make style feel effortless.
 
 
 
About the Role:
As a Senior Stylist at Calexico Man, you'll bring the brand's curated world of menswear to life every day. You'll greet clients with warmth, share your styling expertise, and help them discover pieces that reflect their personality — from timeless denim and elevated basics to modern tailoring and standout accessories.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients through thoughtful styling and attentive care.
• Offer expert product knowledge and tailor recommendations to individual style preferences.
• Support daily store operations — from merchandising and styling to inventory and presentation.
• Help maintain the look and feel of the boutique, ensuring everything reflects the Calexico Man standard of understated luxury.
• Work collaboratively in a high-energy, fashion-forward team environment.

 
 
About You:

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail (men's fashion experience highly regarded).
• A natural communicator with a genuine passion for menswear and style.
• Strong presentation skills and a confident, customer-first approach.
• Positive, proactive, and ready to contribute to a team that values creativity and service.
• Comfortable working a Wed-Sun roster with every Mon & Tues off.
