Now, they're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join them remotely from anywhere on the east coast. Someone to take ownership of their digital strategy across paid advertising and email marketing - someone who can drive growth, get creative, and have a real impact on the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee paid advertising strategy across Google, Meta and more in collaboration with a paid media agency
• Plan, create, and execute high performing email marketing campaigns and automated workflows (Klaviyo experience a bonus) in collaboration with the email marketing agency.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to create high-performing ad assets and email creative
• Own the digital marketing calendar
• Write engaging, on-brand copy for emails, social ads, and campaigns.

What you bring:

• Paid Social Savvy: Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, running end-to-end campaigns with strong ROI focus.
• Paid Search Skills: Experienced managing Google Ads campaigns (certified preferred), with solid knowledge of bid strategies and attribution.
• Email Marketing Expertise: Proven experience growing email revenue, with strong understanding of retention, personalisation and segmentation (Klaviyo preferred).
• Content & Design: Skilled at writing compelling copy and briefing digital assets that connect with audiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret campaign data to make smart, data-driven decisions (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio).
• Organised & Independent: Can juggle priorities and projects without missing a beat.
• Outdoors Enthusiast: Loves being outside - whether it's hiking, surfing, or just soaking up the sun.
