We're partnering with Calexico - the epicentre of global fashion and home to 150+ luxury labels. Their growth has created the need for a Marketing Specialist to join their Brisbane team. This is a role for you if you've got a nous for campaign planning and a love language of sell through, customer growth and tailored brand experiences. 
 
 

In this newly defined role, you'll execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive store and e-commerce growth and support a premium customer journey. You'll work closely with leadership, retail and styling teams to translate seasonal buys, events and brand partnerships into compelling content and experiences. You'll support campaign planning, content development, social execution, influencer and media coordination, reporting and day-to-day brand activity — ensuring their presence is polished, strategic and aligned to luxury positioning.
 
 
 
What You'll Do

• Support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM and in-store
• Manage marketing & content calendars, scheduling and posting across social platforms
• Coordinate influencer gifting, outreach and partnerships aligned to brand values
• Assist with brand events, seasonal activations, client experiences and designer VIP moments
• Collaborate with stylists and ecommerce teams to produce aspirational content and editorial assets
• Support email marketing, including segmentation, messaging and performance tracking
• Analyse campaign and channel performance, identifying insights and opportunities
• Ensure all brand messaging is cohesive, elevated and aligned to luxury positioning

 
 
Who You Are

• 2+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or luxury retail
• A passion for fashion and visual storytelling with strong trend and brand intuition
• Skilled in social media coordination, content creation and platform management
• Confidence working across CRM, email marketing and basic performance reporting
• Creative thinker with a refined aesthetic and excellent attention to detail
• Strong communicator, collaborative, organised and proactive
• Loves a fast-paced, boutique environment where initiative and polish matter
