Today, Zoe Kratzmann is stocked in hundreds of boutiques and continues to grow while staying true to its signature blend of modern femininity, confidence, and effortless style.
 
To align with their expansion plans, we're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to drive creative performance channels. This is a role for someone with an eye for creative and a mind for analytics.

YOUR REMIT
 
This is a planning, direction and concept role - not a hands-on execution role. You produce a small amount and write copy at times, but you are not running ads in-platform and you are not executing creative. You set the thinking, secure approval, and brief the specialists and agencies who deliver.
 
 
Marketing strategy & calendar

• The marketing strategy and the marketing calendar - what we say, to whom and when, aligned to launches and the commercial calendar
• New creative concepts and campaign ideas - developed, approved, and briefed to the pod

Creative direction

• Creative direction across paid, social, content and email - a keen eye for what is on-brand and what performs
• Briefing and approving the pod's output to a premium standard; protecting brand integrity

Paid media - directed, not executed

• The relationship with and direction of the paid media agency - strategy, performance and accountability
• You direct the agency that runs the ads; you do not build or run campaigns in-platform yourself

Email & lifecycle calendar

• The Klaviyo planning and campaign calendar - the what and when of lifecycle and campaign communications
• A clean partnership with the Digital & Technology Lead, who owns CRM architecture and automation

Content & social - directed

• Direction of the Senior Social & Content Manager (organic, content, influencer and partnerships) and video output
• Some hands-on copywriting and light production - but the role is fundamentally to plan, direct and approve

 
YOUR BACKGROUND

• E-commerce, consumer, or fashion and lifestyle brands. You have owned marketing strategy and creative direction, and can show the thinking behind campaigns that worked.
• Strong creative judgment - you know what good looks like, and what converts
• Experience directing paid media through agencies or teams (not necessarily executing it yourself)
• Email and campaign planning (Klaviyo or similar)
• Excellent briefing and copywriting ability
• Comfortable using performance data (e.g. Meta, Superads, Polar) to inform creative and strategy
