As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help build the foundations that will support the brand's future.
 
 
 
THE OPPORTUNITY
 
This is a newly created leadership role with broad influence across operations, supply chain, planning, and systems.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the operational engine that keeps the business moving. From demand forecasting and inventory planning through to supplier management, process improvement, and ERP strategy, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the business can scale efficiently while maintaining the exceptional standards the brand is known for.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Leading demand and supply planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels across the business
• Developing forecasting models that improve stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
• Managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including supplier performance, production timelines, logistics, and inventory flow
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and improve business efficiency
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across planning, procurement, inventory, and operational workflows
• Reviewing the current ERP environment and leading recommendations around broader adoption, optimization, or system replacement
• Partnering with key stakeholders to define future system requirements and support implementation projects
• Developing operational reporting and KPIs to support data-driven decision making
• Building scalable processes that support continued business growth
• Collaborating across product, finance, sales, and leadership teams to align operational outcomes with commercial objectives

 
 
ABOUT YOU
You'll be a commercially minded operations professional who enjoys solving complex problems and building better ways of working.
We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Planning, or a similar leadership role
• Strong demand and supply planning experience within a product-based business
• Experience managing inventory, forecasting, and supply chain performance
• A track record of delivering process improvement initiatives and cost efficiencies
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or optimizing ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• The ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across the business
• Experience within retail, wholesale, fashion, consumer goods, or eCommerce environments will be highly regarded
